RETURN AND REFUND

To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: home2filles@outlook.com to inform us of your return and to obtain the necessary information. Without this email, your return cannot be accepted. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Returns are always the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Items must be intact, unworn and returned in their original packaging. Our team will check the condition of the items before proceeding with a potential refund. 


The refund or a credit valid for 6 months will be made only on the goods, excluding the initial shipping costs.

- Your order number

- Photos of the items concerned

Whatever the reason for your return, we recommend the follow-up letter or Colissimo to confirm receipt of your return to the showroom. 

We do not make exchanges because of the concept of the unique piece.

  • Mondial Relay: 2 to 4 working days

  • Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days

  • Tracked letter (jewellery): 2 to 3 working days

We are not responsible for disappearances of parcels after official deposit recorded by the carrier.

Once your package has been declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case. 

For deliveries with Mondial Relay (relay point), the package must be checked before signing.

After signature of the customer no complaint will be possible.

For certain international destinations, customs charges may be applied upon receipt of your order.
